The BLS essentially covers average nutritional values (137 constituent data per food) of approximately 10000 foods available on the German market (fresh foods, food preparations, dishes etc.).The BLS is part of the online portfolio of the German Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection (BMELV).
